Every convocation is planned around the run of show your registrar shares with us: the procession, the chief guest's address, the degree awards and the vote of thanks.

How we plan a convocation
One producer is responsible from the first call to the final file. We visit the venue, test the internet and power, agree camera positions with your protocol team, and run a rehearsal before the day. On the day, the crew is set up and the stream is tested well before the procession starts.

Can you stream to YouTube and our university website at the same time?
Yes. One production feed goes to YouTube, your website player and any other platform you need, including Facebook and LinkedIn. We can stream to 25+ destinations at once.
What if the internet at the venue fails?
Every stream runs on two internet connections with backup encoders, and the signal is monitored throughout. If one line drops, the stream continues on the other.
Do you travel outside Delhi?
Yes. Our crews are based in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Dehradun and Lucknow and travel to campuses across India, as we did for IIT Jodhpur in Rajasthan and IIT Ropar in Punjab.
Do we get the recording?
Yes. We record the programme feed and every camera separately, and hand over the files after the event for your archive and social media.
How much does convocation live streaming cost?
