Multi-city town halls
When leadership speaks from one city and teams gather in others, we place crews at each location and combine them into a single live programme. Each office sees the same stream, and questions from any city can be brought on air.

Why the stream stays up
A leadership address is not a moment for a frozen screen. Every Team LCE stream runs on two internet connections with a backup encoder ready, and an engineer watches the signal, audio and every destination until the event ends. One producer is accountable from the venue recce to the final recording.

How early should we book?
As early as possible, so there is time for a venue recce and an internet test at each location. Share the date and cities as soon as they are fixed.
